I am a new subscriber and I have been very impressed with the Customer Service. I receive an answer within minutes which is very refreshing. Krystal has been a great help to me. Thanks to all the customer service reps. You are doing a great job. Recently had a problem and Helen helped me solved it quickly. She was very pleasant while correcting my mistakes. Can't get any better than that. Thank you, Helen. Olivia was very helpful to me today and did an excellent job. Let me name some others who have been helpful: Eddie, Mia, Lena, Sebastian and Barrett. Thank you all, you do great work to lower our stress levels. We really appreciate you all. Today I met Alice at DSers and what a pleasant experience it was. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her instructions. Her communication was clear with pictures no less, so it became clear to me that I had made a mistake earlier in the day. Thank you Alice for clearing this up so that I could see exactly what I had done and will not do again. Great work.

No problems with orders or synchronization... And the big advantage is their customer service at the top too, very reactive and easy to reach in case of question.
