We had few sync issues with our shop, and Dsers employees were always prompt to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner. Their service is great !

I have been using this APP and I have to admit it is very smooth and friendly user, Also it give access to a wide load of product. And most importantly, customer care is excellent. They respond very fast. I was last assisted by Eamily and he did an excellent job helping.

The app is great and straight forward. Just read the help docs, to understand the impact to the store once you import. The support has been great. Almost instant replies and very helpful. Cannot fault!!! Brilliant help from Violet as always!

Dsers is the best App I have installed in store. Their products are easy to import, edit, push to Shopify and fulfill when orders come in. Their customer service is amazing! They respond to messages in less than an hour and stay in communication with you until problem is resolved. The process is so easy and awesome....I definitely recommend the App to all dropshippers and especially to beginners.
