I am highly impressed with the recent support provided by DSers. I reached out to the support team, specifically a representative named Keren, for assistance with product mapping and a refund inquiry. The customer service representative (CSR) was exceptionally quick to respond, demonstrated a clear understanding of the issues, and resolved everything with impressive efficiency. My issues are completely resolved, and the system is now working smoothly. The professionalism and helpful attitude I experienced were excellent.

I needed help remapping a new supplier to my existing store and product, Chloe was very patient and helpful walking me thru the steps and helping me understand the difference between "remapping and replacing".
