This is the best dropshipping service on the market. What would we do without Dsers.... Customer service is without doubt the best. They reply almost immediately on messenger and can quickly figure out the issue and will give you the options to solve your problems. I was communicating with Fiona and she was super clear and investigated my problem with ease. 5 stars!

DSERS est au top, service client réactif et au top. Dommage il faut passer par messenger pour le chat, mais ils sont toujours là, bravo a eux.

DSers is the best all-in-one dropshipping app for Shopify. I've been using their platform for years and have only ever had a positive experience. It takes a while to get setup - especially when importing products because everything must be linked manually on an individual basis - but once done the system is pretty much fully automated. Their customer service is top notch as well! Help via Messenger is fast, polite, and helpful. Jeffrey in particular is my go-to guy. All around I give DSers 5/5 stars (would give more if I could)!
