DSers has been the backbone of my store's fulfillment. The Basic Mapping with Backup Supplier feature is a lifesaver - when my primary supplier ran low on a key variant, DSers routed the order to my backup automatically. Verified with a real test order and it just worked. Special shout-out to the support team: they checked my actual backend mapping, explained the switch logic, and even monitored my test order routing in real time until it was confirmed. Above and beyond. If you run a Shopify store with AliExpress suppliers, get DSers. 10/10.
