I was having trouble syncing my account and mapping a product. I contacted support and Janet was able to guide me and fix all my issues. I am very grateful for the 24/7 support and for professionals like Janet. We had to do it quickly because my supplier was waiting on the orders so he could process them before the factory closed for the weekend. Janet solved all my problems and the orders were received by the supplier and were SHIPPED BEFORE the weekend.

She carefully explained the limitations of AliExpress shipping filters, walked me through alternative ways to search for U.S.-based suppliers, and even took the extra initiative to search for replacement suppliers on my behalf.
