I am brand new to all this and had some questions. I got Jeffrey as a Live chat support agent. He was VERY helpful and fast! He answered all my questions and provided me with helpful screen shots so I would know exactly where I needed to go. I love the ease of using DSers. Even for an old lady like me, with the great support help I am learning so much. Thank you Jeffrey and all those that help us out when we are learning!

I just spoke with Daryl from the DSers team. He supported me very carefully, was very patient, and extremely friendly; I really appreciate it.
