Fast customer service, one of the best apps I've used for my store, works very well. Amazing support and innovative functions that help reduce the time spent on making orders and managing them. The app works so well, easy to use for beginners. It works fast and friendly, not too complicated to map with the suppliers. The support is really fast, I don't even need to wait so long and last , wanna give thanks for Vivian for helping me.

I had an isssue with mapping a supplier and was trying to resolve on my own with no success. The live chat suppport (Daryl) was able to fix my issue in minutes. I was very inmpressed by how easy it is to get an issue resolved

Excellent Support! I had an issue with my product showing as sold out on Shopify, and Kimi from DSers support was amazing. She quickly identified the problem, guided me step by step on how to fix the shipping zone and fulfillment settings, and thanks to her, everything is working perfectly now. Kimi was patient, professional, and very clear in her explanations. Truly excellent service — thank you so much!

I’ve been using DSers for my Shopify store and the support team has been amazing. They guided me step by step when my orders didn’t sync, and even helped me fix an address issue quickly. Everything works smoothly now. Highly recommend this app to anyone doing dropshipping!
