I was having an issue with my AliExpress orders not syncing correctly to DSers and was concerned it would cause problems with my eBay store. I contacted support and Sandy assisted me. I recently reached out to the customer support on Messenger and to be honest, I've never felt so much comfortability with customer support system but (Zico) really changed my perspective. He was really kind, helpful and ensured he solved my issues before leaving. He kept responding fast and he understood the very depth of my problem. I had struggled so many times with the persistent issue but he solved it as soon as possible while making me feel comfortable.
