Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

Luna has been incredibly helpful today. Luna helped me navigate my store to resolve product issue i was having. Thank You Luna for being patient with my lack of computer skills. Kudos Luna:)
