Krystal was such an amazing person to work with. She was very patient with me. I had a number of questions, and she worked with me going over and beyond to make sure she understood my question, and she was answering what I asked. She also helped me to navigate the systems. I felt overwhelmed before the chat and now I feel that I have a greater understanding of how to proceed after receiving Krystal's help.
