Tuve un problema reciente con la publicación de productos en mi tienda, y al mismo tiempo recibí un mensaje sospechoso de alguien que se hacía pasar por parte del equipo de DSers (un intento de catfish). Afortunadamente, el equipo de soporte actuó rápidamente y me ayudó a resolver ambas situaciones de forma eficiente. En especial quiero agradecer a Krystal, quien fue muy atenta, profesional y paciente durante todo el proceso. Me brindó orientación clara para recuperar el control de mi tienda, verificar la legitimidad del contacto y resolver el problema con las publicaciones. Well, there is nothing to complain about DSER. It's really an amazing app for sellers whose are dropshipping actually. And one of my most favorite of DSER is their support. Highly supported, responsive and professional. I loved this app especially after having support assistance.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Rin from DSers support! I was having a lot of trouble with my store setup, supplier mapping, and test orders — but Rin went above and beyond to help me fix everything. Super patient, knowledgeable, and efficient.
