App support doesn’t understand even the simplest issues. They are not aware of the app features. They don’t know English, and when we want to translate, they give false information like “English is our native language.” Even the smallest matter takes hours. Instead of fixing bugs, they brush it off by saying, “we tested it, it works.” I spoke with Leona, but all the support agents are like this.

I had the pleasure of working with Zico from the DSers support team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Zico was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly understood my issue, guided me step by step, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. What stood out most was the clear communication and the extra effort to ensure I felt confident moving forward. It’s rare to find customer support that truly goes above and beyond, but Zico did exactly that. I was trying to link my new store to my other store and I did something wrong and lost it all. I was about to have a heart attack. I went to chat ond was working with Lucy the most wonderfull person. Took me step by step and was albe to get the products back on my first store and show me how to link the second store. Now all is good and I can not thank Lucy enough for the help I recived.

I had the pleasure of working with Vivan today and she was such a tremendous help. I was having issues with my store products showing as sold out and she guided me with such patience on how to fix my issue. Being a person who is a visual learner, her taking pictures of the steps I needed to take to fix the issue helped tremendously. I wish i could put her on speeddial. Vivian is very helpful I can’t thank Vivian enough for the help she gave me with my online store.
