Rin from the DSers team helped me out with clear instructions, guided screenshots, and emotional support. I had been in tears from the stress of an issue that was related to my AliExpress account. It wasn't even really a DSers account issue. But Rin walked me through everything I had to do to fix my problem, get my account working better than before, and streamline my process so my store is even more efficient now. I had an issue integrating my store with Alibaba and spoke to Zico on Messenger. They were so prompt and quick and although the problem hasn't been resolved, they'll be releasing an update with the solution/patch and they'll follow up to help me get it resolved. Fantastic customer service and help. I'd highly recommend and am looking forward to working more closely with DSers.
