Excellent and quick customer service. Got a super fast reply when I reached out for help on my first order. I received step by step instructions and resolved the issue right away, as well as walking me step by step on how to resolve! I feel more confident now on how to handle upcoming orders!

I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted very fast . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but KIM guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The KIM was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without KIM help

Compared to other dropshipping services DSers shines for being relatively easy to use and at a reasonable price, including free options. Their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with an order and when I reached out via chat, Luna went above and beyond to help solve the issue.
