DSers customers service is efficient, patient, knowledgeable. They helped me address the issues I had with canceling and reordering and making sure I was using the right supplier. This review is for this Sandy, the customer assistant who was with me for close to an hour working through some complications from my end. Sandy was, in my opinion, the face of DSers and Aliexpress, and that makes me think I am doing business with the right partners. This is my first review ever. Shows how satisfied I am.

I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted very fast. The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the Neva guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. Neva was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help!

Worked with Luna and she was awesome. Bravo to Luna! No long wait times to get a response like most apps. Helped me to realize it was me that cancelled the order, and most importantly, showed me how to get here to write the review.
