As a customer for 3 years, I am very pleased with this service. It is easy to set up and with the Chrome extension, even easier to import products. The extension basically places orders for you to confirm with Aliexpress. I wish the chat feature was not connected to Facebook and instead was it’s own DSers platform however, my issue with Free Shipping was resolved and I was not charged. Their chat representative provided me with screenshots to assist me along the way. Thank you
