Sandy has provided excellent service. I needed to fulfill an order for a region where very little amount of providers ship to and as I couldn't find an alternate provider she found an alternative in no time.

I had an excellent experience with the DSers support team- Aurora! The representative helped me fix my shipping rate settings and saved me from unnecessary shipping fees. They were quick, knowledgeable, and very patient while explaining everything clearly. Thanks to their help, my store’s shipping is now perfectly set up and cost-effective. Truly appreciate the amazing support — highly recommend!
