I had a problem with an order and I went to talk to customer service, and Sherry helped me a lot, as she explained to me step by step how to do it and what I could do, and then she helped me until I found a supplier that I needed and calmly explained to me how to do each step is the best, thank you very much. DSers is an excellent platform for streamlining AliExpress order fulfillment. It offers bulk ordering, auto order tracking, and seamless Shopify integration, saving me a lot of time. A special shoutout to Neva from the support team! She was incredibly helpful, responding quickly and guiding me step by step to resolve my issue efficiently. DSers helps out a lot regarding my products. It simplifies life by a WHOLE lot. But the real gem is their support service. I had a little problem, and in a live chat with Fiona in 5 minutes, it was sent out to be resolved by the tech team. Outstanding support and very fast and effective. Glad I installed this app. I don't care how nice an app is, if their support isn't good, then the overall rating is not going to be good in my opinion. Thanks a lot for your help Fiona throughout my little problem!

Chloe was very helpful and I am very happy with her help. I was very nervous to try to cancel and issue the refund for the first time, but she walked me through all the instructions with kindness and help me feel comfortable using this system for the first time. Agora mesmo, a Vivian salvou minha operaçã de Dropshipping! Estava com problemas para processar pedidos, o problema em específico era o CPF Inválido, mas descobri que na verdade era necessário ter o nome completo do seu cliente, já que a Aliexpress reforçou a segurança de transações de compras entre a china e o Brasil, porque os algumas pessoas estavam forjando CPF falso e fazendo compras dessa forma. A Vivian salvou meu dia hoje!!!

DSERS is awsome and serves its purpose well. However i ran into a mapping issue with multiple pending orders. I reached out to the live messaging service and was contacted by teresa immediately. She is worth her weight in gold, she answered my question exactly and gave me all the necessary info and actually walked me through fixing the issue down to fulfilling the order. With support like her, this app can never fail. Giver her a raise!
