I am new to this so when my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Rita to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

Reached out for help today, to understand why products were showing out of stock, Support Staff Rin, was extremely helpful, identifying the problem (mapping issue) and then providing a step by step guide to resolve. In addition helped with other queries, again sending a video to assist me. Really appreciate the help, instead of sending instructions where I'd likely have got lost. Thank you
