Fiona was amazing at dealing with my issue. She competently and quickly helped with an order Aliexpress had refunded cause the seller had not sent the order in time. I then was able to change the supplier and place the order through another supplier and hopefully customer won't realise there has been an issue. I cannot fault the support received so far from DSers.

I love the auto fulfillment but even better you have access to human operators on Messenger. They can help fix any bugs with the automation system and help process orders. 24/7 operator Krystal has helped save me lots of time! This business being 24 / 7 really helps!

I’ve only just started using DSers, but so far, so good! I’m really enjoying it because it saves me so much time when importing products. The syncing process is straightforward and easy to use. After placing my first order, I needed to sort out a couple of things, but their live chat support was extremely helpful. I’ll definitely continue using it!
