I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted by Clary . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the team guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The team was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help.

Very good and easy to use this app. Esfania (from support team) was very helpful and good at explaining the steps to follow in order to fix my problem. I wish there were more Esfania in every support team !

I compared this platform to my previous one, and the amount of products that you can upload and manage for the monthly price is absolutely outmatched by DSers. Also worth to mention about their fantastic live-chat customer service that provides all details on how to get started and work through the questions that you have.
