I just had a GREAT DSers dropshipping experince with Aimee. The representative was very patient as this is my first transaction on the platform. Not only did Aimee walk me through what needed to take place to get an ordered fulfilled, I was also provided with tutorial and training links to increase my knowledge and utilization of the platform in the future! I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted by Zico . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the team guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The team was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help

Lisa was excellent in assisting me with an order issue. I couldn’t fulfill the entire order as I had to use a different supplier due to stock limitations, and she guided me through the entire process step by step with great patience.
