I had a problem with an issue about having products on my website but on the website it was written Out of stock for almost all my product. With the help of my agent, i change the settings for the shipment and everything is ok now. I got a second problem on the September 7, and the agent told me what to do to unsync the price changing with my store. So That was a good help.

Top tier support! I was facing issues with my account in AliExpress but Zico with their support team was very helpful and responded within minutes! They helped me to find a solution to my problem fairly quickly and I am very satisfied with the platform thanks to Zico’s help!

Even though my issue didn't get fixed yet due to processing time but Olivia has a great patience, she explained how fix my issues later in full detail. a very great customer service!
