Luna, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly patient and provided clear, professional guidance. His responses were quick, and he helped me fully understand and resolve the problem. Fantastic help from the Aurora on the Dsers chat when I had a problem with the Mapping for my store. It was fixed within 10mins and enabled me to get a product out to a customer. First issue I've had and very impressed with the help.
