Great experience overall, one of the best things about it in my opinion is the support, it's quite fast and efficient, and they are quick to respond even to new matters that pop up sometimes with not a lot of information available, I personally had a great experience with Zoe, very kind and quick to answer my question.

The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and kind. They listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I was impressed by how quickly they fixed my issue and how much they seemed to care. Overall, my experience with DSER’s customer service was excellent. Just got off the chat with Zico who helped me figure out why I was having an issue with a failed order. In less then 5 minutes he had it all figured out and the issue was resolved. I love the fact that I can contact someone and almost immediately they respond, and get to work on the issue. This was my second time contacting customer service and nothing but good and convenient experiences. Thanks DSer's for making this process painless
