I recently contacted DSer's support team to help remove an old store I wasn't using from my account. It was already deactivated, so I couldn't do it without re-subscribing. Ceilia was very helpful and friendly! One of the many reasons I'll continue using DSers to test new stores. I've been using DSers for a couple of years now, and it's been pretty easy to use. It makes adding products to my store so easy!

The app is good but there are alot of moving parts and at times it is difficult to use. But the support is what makes this service so great. I spoke with Sherry today and she is by far the most professional service representative I have ever dealt with. She took me step by step and had screenshots to guide me the whole way. I was breifly called away from my desk but she waited patinetly until I returned. My entire problem was fixed in the matter of minutes. Very impressive service. Update: 07/07/2025. Daryl was very helpful on this particular session. He took just a few minutes to check my account and came back with a good solution so I could continue my work. Very good experience again, I am pleased to use this platform, best one in the business.

When my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Zico to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped. Highly recommended!

A very good app, orders are transmitted quickly and the service responds quickly. Due to the update from Aliexpress, I couldn't place an order via my Google Extension, so I wrote to support. Aimee quickly forwarded my ticket and offered me support. Since the support could not react immediately, I deleted and readded Google Extension on my own, after which it worked again. In the evening, Aimee contacted me and offered this procedure. So far nothing to complain about with DSers.

I had an issue with mapping my supplier but Wendy from DSers team assisted me. She is super proactive, fast and very kind. She helped me with the matter and in few seconds all was fixed. I do recommed her and DSers in general. Very good customer service!
