I needed help today with some orders that had not gone through. I asked DSers for help and had a lovely lady called Chloe who really helped me to sort out my problem. I would give Chloe a star rating on 10 for her wonderful help.

Villanelle. Everything is great! Fast and efficient. Thank you! I tried to set up my store several times. Thanks for your help. I am a newbie and you helped me fix the problem. My problem was with importing goods from DSERS to Shopify. The problem was that I had previously closed an unsuccessful attempt to set up the store

I needed help clarifying things and I got connected with Vivian from their support team. She was very fast with her responses while also being very thought out with screenshots and explanations. I had tried out 2 other suppliers before this and I can easily say this was by far the best customer service I have received so far. Speed and quality in one.
