fantastic service helped me all along the way kendle is very professional and knows his stuff I highly recommend using the app and the customer service is fantastic

The app is alright and works good in preview, but it get all cramped up in my theme and doesn't work. The support and dev team don't do anything in over 24 hours on a regular workweek which is incredible slow. No customer service at all. UPDATE: The support did a temporaryfix that broke after 1 setting

Amazing support and very friendly team! The support from the Easify Product Options app is absolutely excellent. The team is always quick, helpful, and extremely friendly. Especially Liv and Mari have helped me many times already — they are very dedicated, professional, and always make a real effort to find the best solution. I truly appreciate their support and can highly recommend Easify, not only for the app itself but also for the outstanding customer service!

Ive currently only got the free version of your app and I must say, there are a lot you provide that should be in the premium versions. The settings and customizations are easy to understand and the user interface while navigating the app I streamlined and non complicated. I've made a great choice in app selection for my custom product options and I'll continue to use this app in the long term and can't wait to see what extras the premium versions hold.

Amazing support in every aspect. I’ve used other product options apps before, and Easify stands out by far. The team is extremely helpful, patient, and quick to solve even complex issues. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything works perfectly with your store. Definitely recommended if you need a reliable product options solution with top-level support.
