Easify Custom Product Options

I would have probably given it a 5 star if I had gotten Chloe first. I got Gavin and he seemed to be gone for a long time in between. Then he left without telling me. Chloe was quick to help me and got me off chat in just a couple of minutes.

The easify app makes it easy to add options to my products to be able to gather all the information needed when customers are ordering. I joined Easify for the product upload specifically but am moving over everything in my shopify page templates to Easify to have them all in one place! Thanks to Kendle for helping me to sort out my new shopify theme and making sure Easify works on it. Didn't take long and was easy as a few questions via online chat.

Very helpful and responsive when something went wrong. The technical team fixed my issue within an few hours.

Same as other negative reviews, app looked good for building custom fields, didn't work. Basic personalization text as a simple as "name" was not passed on into the order details. Support quoted 24-48 hours for custom fix in my theme (normal free Shopify theme) and then didn't do anything. Ruined two real orders.

I can't believe how easy this app was to add custom fields to a specific product. I have been intimidated by other apps that were less user friendly or didn't actually have a free option and Easify actually does! Every other tools/code I was trying to teach myself took at least twice as long and couldn't do one of the things we needed. I was able to add my fields to a specific product and make them required. When I was missing something simple and used the chat featured to finish my set-up, Chloe responded quickly and so kindly (I was actually just blindly glossing over the obvious answer). I am so thrilled with this app and feel so much more confident in my abilities to add more customization to our shop moving forward!

Just started using this app and we're very please so far, lots of features and easy to use. The support has also been fantastic, very quick and polite. Clove was amazing when it came to a few teething issues when we first set the app up, couldn't recommend more!
