Had a problem with custom options not showing in my orders due to a conflict with the theme i am using. Mari promptly solved the issue and now everything works great. If you need custom options there are no better apps than this. highly recommend.

The Easify team is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I had some issues with the formatting of my option sets (because of my theme) and their developers got to work right away and fixed the issues for me so that it worked perfectly with my theme. Poor app, the service takes a very long time to respond.

Great app with extensive options for customizing the settings to match your theme. I spent a long time looking for an app that matched my theme, and Easify offers lots of customization options, giving you a lot of freedom in the design. We recently moved our store to Shopify and explored lots of different apps to help with gift bag customisation. We ended up trialing and liking Easify for our purposes. You can see a live example of this app in use on our site here: https://www.storybookcakes.com.au/collections/christmas-under-20/products/christmas-gift-bag-gold-bows-3-x-cake-in-a-mug We did have some issues with picking slips, cart views and invoices, but went back and forth with Easify support many times and they were able to help us come up with a good solution to our problems. Many of the problems were due to the way Shopify itself is set up, rather than any inherant Easify issues. Originally our component parts of the gift packs were listing separately in the cart and invoices, but they now are grouped together which works much better (and is essential for our team to pick and pack the correct components into the gift packs). We also have a slight issue with our component parts that are $0 or $.50 showing up on our store - we have followed Easify suggestions for hiding them from search, but they were still coming up on recommended product sections. We have now hidden them with code. We also use Easify Inventory Sync as the components of gift bags are also individual products available for sale, and this is going well as well. About half our orders have included a customised gift pack since we went live a month ago, and we have not received any negative comments from customers so everything is going really well.
