Excellent support, but primarily in English The Easify support team was very helpful and responsive! They quickly understood my question about the live preview feature and provided clear instructions on how to set it up. Pros: Fast response time Competent and friendly support Clear step-by-step guidance Premium features work as promised Note for German-speaking users: Support is primarily in English, so basic English skills are helpful. However, the team is very patient and explains everything clearly, so communication works well even if English isn't your first language. It is very user friendly once you get the hang of it and it solved all the problems i had. Kate did an amazing job navigating me through understanding how to use the app. She has the patience of Job. She helped me every step of the way and I truly appericate it.

Perfect for what we needed for our engraving service. What we asked for a tweak, which we were happy to pay for, it was done in only a couple of weeks... AND FOR FREE!! Very good company.
