Works great to add on items and customer service is great.
Excellent support from Alice throughout. She was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The development team even removed the product hover pricing to suit my store. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

This is honestly a pretty good app. I've had questions and a random issue several times and the support and dev team usually have my issue resolved in a day or two. Mari, Anne, Liv, etc are really helpful and efficient at resolving your issues no matter the plan you are on.
First they said me to setup for Free after wasting my 4-5 Hours of setting up they end up asking Some out of the box questions like Which Product URL you need to Setup they have permission of my store and working from 4-5 Hours once they are not able to setup the things asking irrelevant Questions

We created and configured your personalization option set, set up Live Preview, adjusted fonts and buttons, customized the display, investigated the theme issue, involved our technical team, and resolved the mobile display issue - all at no additional cost. As your requests continued to expand beyond the original setup, our team tried to find the best way to continue helping, which unfortunately led to some confusion in our communication. This app is easy to use and has a lot of features and customisation options in the free version and the upgraded pro version. Customer support is also really easy to access with quick replies. Anne has been amazing helping me navigate the app : )
