Best Support Team behind Great App! Great app with outstanding support! The customer support is immediate and awesome. I had few issues setting up with my site, but the support team was incredibly responsive correcting them all.

BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst app ever, period. I had used it for over 6 months and have lost so many businesses because of it. I have over 100 different option sets so migrating to another app means many many days of precious time and hard work lost to no avail. 1. It's very buggy and slow and hard to use. You literally have to save your work every 10 seconds other wise it may get lost. 2. It's not compatible with the native shopify environment, which means you will get lots of systematic bugs using this app and will lose a lot of customers. 3. It has issue with currency conversion. For example, if I have a customer in Japan and my product is priced in japanese yen for that customer, let's say 15000 yen. when that customer proceeds to checkout, he will be charged $15000 USD instead of $100 USD after conversion. For this reason I have lost a lot of clients. 4. The add on price function doesn't work right, which means the customers wont be charged for the add on prices at checkout. customer service offered to have it fixed for me for all listings in less than 24 hours but it's been three days now and I never heard from them again. 5. the app is too poorly written that it slows your website speed. run a test at pagespeed and you will see what I mean. Final verdict, avoid this app before you make commitment in it.

Very impressed with this app but even more, the team behind it. It offers features/options that are only limited by your imagination in creating a smooth shopping experience of offers to customers. Now the most impressive part of all this is the support team and their commitment to provide the best interaction with the app. They are on-point when you contact them, they ask all the right questions to find resolve and always come back with a solution. Overall, the Easify app is one excellent tool to have in your arsenal to provide the best shopping options/features and experience for your shop and customers. Oh and the app has a Fee Forever plan. You can't go wrong :)

The app is so easy to use and works wonderful with our store. The customer service is A+++. They are always there to help and even made it work with a new shopify theme that wasn't previously supported by their app. I have used similar apps in the past but Easify has gone above and beyond in their support. Keep up the good work. I cannot recommend this app more.

Exceptional Customer Service! I'm a total newbie and have had the worst time trying to get Shopify figured out. I added the Easify Product Options Variant and ran into an issue. Hannie was my rep and helped me fully understand what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. I'm so thankful!!

I don't normally write reviews but today I was put in touch with Lin & They were super patient & kind and talked me through step by step what i had to do. I had a traumatic brain injury and now I struggle to hold conversations. Tech people often get impatient with the time it takes me to type & struggle when I get confused and find things hard to understand. I did have my husband helping but I was touched by her dedication to getting the job done and going above and beyond... It wasn't out of sympathy either because I didn't mention my problems. My store offers a variety of options and the basics were not cutting it for my needs! All I can say is AMAZING! We installed three apps to help us with variation and they all were no where to be found for support. Then as a last resort we loaded this...and within minutes we had the support we needed to understand how to get this going on our website. Hannie was patient and professional and we are so grateful for all the patience and hard work! I recommend 100% UPDATE...the next day, I needed them again and within minutes, Lich was there to assist and walked me through. This is an amazing app, and one layer at a time I'm falling more and more in love with not only the way it expanded our options, but the amazing level of support!
