I am very new to Shopify and ad strategies and wanted to give it a try to Easyads. I am still on my trial period but due to massive internet connection issues I couldn't get the most out of my trial. I had tons of questions and having difficulties in adapting the system but Millenni really showed me the way to put things in order. I still need time and have small things to put in order but she helped me fast and effectively, I would probably spend days to solve some of the problems. I hope I can start to increase my income as I seen on comments and testimonies. I definately believe that a customer-friendly support is just a message away.

STAY AWAY of this app, you are better of following YT videos on how to use ads yourself. I installed it, but it's full of bugs!!! Even my son of 6 can code a better app. The positive reviews are probably been put there by themselves as I can't imagine someone would be happy with all these bugs in the app. And no it's not related to only my installation/theme/account, it's just common sense. I'm serious about this and an honest review. You can contact me if you want to know more, but here's my view : Their support is active, but doesn't have a clue what to solve. They continously want screenshots and/or Google meetings. Just to keep you busy. 1. It always selects all products from your catalogue. Filter from tags isn't working. Only when you edit the advertisement for a 2nd time... 2. Everywhere you see from time to time "Network error" or other messages popping up. According to support you can ignore those, doesn't affect anything :/ 3. The image styling first didn't work, you can style a product image with fancy things, but same thing here, it doesn't save your changes. Then they fixed it. But now it does work, but as soon as you edit it into something else....it again doesn't save it. 4. Sometimes with generating AI messages, it shows a server error, it does continue, but it can't be good. 5. I noticed a huge amount of incoming spam chats on Facebook and Instagram. Not 100% sure if it's related to this app, but I didn't had this before, so I guess something with data is been shared. 6. They keep sending double emails, not possible to unsubscribe and they don't reply to your emails to unsubscribe. Busy for 3 weeks to get me of their mailing

At first I gave this app a 4/5, with a mindset to make it 5/5 in a week or two after the campaign learns fully its targeting. Most out of this review was because of a great customer support. But it actually got to a 2/5 now. I was really satisfied with my first campaign with this app. I taught that its targeting was really good, and had a 3x more revenue than cost spend. But after that it all became really bad. The customer support became worst by not offering almost any help, with copy paste texts, and accusing me of changing the settings in my Facebook ads manager (I actually didnt even know how I can even access that ads manager. After they advised me to delete the campaign and start a new one, I did exactly that) The new campaign did okay at the start, but then started getting no revenue again pretty fast. To shorten the story, I got no help from customer support, other than "changing product pictures and ad text, because it is "not showing benefits of the product", I dont know then how it was performing so well in the first place with the similiar text and same pictures. I listened to their advice, and it actually got even worst, resulting with now revenue from the ads, and increasing the cost per click from 0.22 to 0.34... I have a very good product in my opinion and this should be a piece of cake to sell (as it was in the first campaign). Would recommend 3 months ago, but now after 3 months I would recommend you to stay away from this app and try something different, or maybe try to find a freelancer or agency which will personally work with you.

About Targeting and Campaign Performance Your first campaign performed incredibly well, achieving around 3x ROAS, which shows that the targeting system in Easy Ads works effectively once the campaign completes the learning phase. When you created the new campaign, it had to start the learning phase again, which can temporarily affect performance until the algorithm fully optimizes. This is completely normal and not a sign that the app stopped working. 2. About Being Accused of Changing Settings I sincerely apologize if our message gave that impression — that was not our intention. We only wanted to verify if any settings had been changed, as this can sometimes reset the learning process. We absolutely understand that you didn’t make any manual changes in Ads Manager, and we’re sorry if our question came across the wrong way. 3. About Customer Support Quality I’m sorry if our replies felt repetitive or less personal this time. Our goal is to be consistent and clear, but I agree that sometimes this can sound too standardized. About the Drop in Sales After analyzing your data, your campaign had: CTR: 0.88% CPC: €0.27 (good cost per click) Product Views: 21 out of 218 clicks (~9.6%) Add to Carts: 0 This means your ads were generating interest, but visitors dropped off after clicking, suggesting a possible issue with the landing page or product offer, rather than with the ad targeting itself. 5. About Our Recommendation to Change Creatives We advised testing new visuals and ad text because the original ads had likely reached ad fatigue — when the same audience has seen an ad too often, performance can drop even if it worked well before.
