I am new to Easy Ads so I had several questions so I reached out to their support group. The degree of patience and help that they provide is amazing. I appreciate your willingness to assist and also provide recommendations when requested. I look forward to a long business relationship.
Installed app, granted them access to my facebook ads account and was immediately hacked and charged over $700 for fake ads that had nothing to do with my account.

They ask for reviews about customer support before getting results. I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Despite their claims that AI ads would generate sales, my experience has been entirely negative. I first tried the 7-day trial twice and saw no results. After two months, I decided to give it another shot and purchased their monthly paid package. They insisted that I needed to give the ads more time, but even after 7 days, there were still no results. They reviewed my funnel and ads, suggesting improvements to my website, but none of this made a difference. With their AI ads, I saw absolutely no benefit. This app has been a waste of both time and money.

Regarding not getting results, please note that launching ads does not automatically mean you'll get sales. This is why our team goes through your website and funnel to make sure you have the best setup. On the other hand, your website sells high ticket items that start at 800 USD. For any store owner with similar products, regardless of what marketing channel you use (ads, influencer marketing, etc) results will not happen overnight and your cost per acquisition (CPA) will naturally be higher than other advertisers. We recommend you re-evaluate your marketing strategy to fit your target audience. For example, some stores selling high ticket items remove the price from the page and run lead generation ads, in order to combat the high CPA problem and close more sales. At first I gave this app a 4/5, with a mindset to make it 5/5 in a week or two after the campaign learns fully its targeting. Most out of this review was because of a great customer support. But it actually got to a 2/5 now. I was really satisfied with my first campaign with this app. I taught that its targeting was really good, and had a 3x more revenue than cost spend. But after that it all became really bad. The customer support became worst by not offering almost any help, with copy paste texts, and accusing me of changing the settings in my Facebook ads manager (I actually didnt even know how I can even access that ads manager. After they advised me to delete the campaign and start a new one, I did exactly that) The new campaign did okay at the start, but then started getting no revenue again pretty fast. To shorten the story, I got no help from customer support, other than "changing product pictures and ad text, because it is "not showing benefits of the product", I dont know then how it was performing so well in the first place with the similiar text and same pictures. I listened to their advice, and it actually got even worst, resulting with now revenue from the ads, and increasing the cost per click from 0.22 to 0.34... I have a very good product in my opinion and this should be a piece of cake to sell (as it was in the first campaign). Would recommend 3 months ago, but now after 3 months I would recommend you to stay away from this app and try something different, or maybe try to find a freelancer or agency which will personally work with you.

About Targeting and Campaign Performance Your first campaign performed incredibly well, achieving around 3x ROAS, which shows that the targeting system in Easy Ads works effectively once the campaign completes the learning phase. When you created the new campaign, it had to start the learning phase again, which can temporarily affect performance until the algorithm fully optimizes. This is completely normal and not a sign that the app stopped working. 2. About Being Accused of Changing Settings I sincerely apologize if our message gave that impression — that was not our intention. We only wanted to verify if any settings had been changed, as this can sometimes reset the learning process. We absolutely understand that you didn’t make any manual changes in Ads Manager, and we’re sorry if our question came across the wrong way. 3. About Customer Support Quality I’m sorry if our replies felt repetitive or less personal this time. Our goal is to be consistent and clear, but I agree that sometimes this can sound too standardized. We care about helping every user individually and have since reinforced more personalized follow-ups to make sure no one feels unheard. 4. About the Drop in Sales After analyzing your data, your campaign had: CTR: 0.88% CPC: €0.27 (good cost per click) Product Views: 21 out of 218 clicks (~9.6%) Add to Carts: 0 This means your ads were generating interest, but visitors dropped off after clicking, suggesting a possible issue with the landing page or product offer, rather than with the ad targeting itself. 5. About Our Recommendation to Change Creatives We advised testing new visuals and ad text because the original ads had likely reached ad fatigue — when the same audience has seen an ad too often, performance can drop even if it worked well before. Testing new creatives is one of the most effective ways to restore performance. We’d love to help you get your results back to where they were — and even better.
