The dimensions and weight of my products vary a lot. Easyship makes things much easier. Setup and usage is really easy. The integration with Shopify is also great. This app deserves a 5 stars rating.

I'm writing this review based on one unique feature of EasyShip. I ship large but light product boxes. If a customer orders two, they need to ship separately or my shipping costs extend into balloon pricing. All of the other shipping apps seem to think that my light items fit into a single box, and charge accordingly. I could get stuck with big losses on my shipping costs. Easyship is the only app that allows me to enter the dimensions of my boxes. I'm still figuring it all out, but at least I'm not getting stuck with shipping overages.

Stop already with this nonsense. You overcharged. You want to blame me. You keep doing it even a year later. Stop with the madness. I'm not interested in doing business with you. I have no interest in hearing more from you. Just stop. No there was no confusion as EasyShip states in the reply from over a year ago. I've been shipping for years - I didn't input "mistake" dimensions. It's not difficult. Funny enough, I use Pirate Ship and haven't had any issues or mistakes. PirateShip is proactive, easy to use, great rates, no issues. The way shipping should be. Just did a cost estimate shipping a box weighing 4 lbs from Mpls, MN to Madison WI. I have been paying about $6.55 for the last 12 months. The cost estimate I got from Easyship was $26.29. Looks like I'd be out of business quickly using this app. So sick of apps advertising "the best pricing" when in fact the pricing is awful. Sellers are not idiots.

Awesome App! Before we installed this app, we were facing issues with customers living in Remote areas which incurred unexpected shipping cost for our business, With Easyship, not only Shipping costs are calculated accurately, our customers remote areas issues are also being solved. Easyship is easy to use and the integration is smooth; The flexibility is limitless meaning you can adjust the cost, couriers, locations, promotions according to your needs under the settings of shipping rules. What I like the most is that my customers can view options of calculated shipping rates from different couriers at checkout. It's important because customers nowadays need to have options and to be able to choose what price and service they prefer. It's the last component of your eCommerce module to help convince buyers to make an order.

Having shipping auto calculated at our check-out page has made the whole buying process more convenient for our customers and our team. The prices are also competitive and customers can choose the option that best suits them. There have been some hiccups here and there but overall the Easyship team has made improvements along the way and we are happy users.

Using this app on delight.com.sg to ship to Singapore local market and the overseas market too. App is good in providing competitive quotations from many shipping service providers. However there are many glitches in the app - many times pick up fails, not much help is available if goods get lost in transit. Fails to quote sometimes. Repeat order or single order creating requires quite some of manual data entry. But still, the app is usable and solves some problems. delight.com.sg
