I agree with the feedback left by DreamCastle. It takes three months for the billing from FedEx to be updated to Easyship billing. I am charged when creating labels one amount based upon the actual weight and box dimensions when shipping to the customers. Three months later a bill arrives with numerous adjustments to the shipments and in most cases, and to no surprised, the actual and (true) weights and box dimensions increased the chargeable weight by FedEx. It's no wonder this is a free app and as for me, it doesn't work for our business. Also, be aware you will be charged by FedEx for Residential Area Surcharge. This amount can be anywhere from $4.40 to just under $10.00. It's depends on how far the delivery is out of the way for the driver. This comes out of your pocket unless you pass this cost onto the customers. Then again, this increase most likely will have your customers shopping elsewhere online. Be aware, Easyship will nickle and dime you to death. I'm done and will now use USPS and UPS offered by Shopify. It's cheaper.

Exactly what I've been looking for to make international shipping a breeze! Customer support was excellent, and AJ from HK was always there to help me with any questions I had. Highly recommended and my first choice for sending products worldwide.

Great freight solutions app, for small businesses. Am a small business, in Australia and this easyship platform helps me save money sending parcels within australia and newzealand. Shipping rates are great with their partnered couriers. One thing to consider is that you need to pick and choose the courier you use, Some couriers are more reliable than the rest but the easyship platform is easy to use after some playing around. to start off, i would recommend showing a higher delivery time to trial the faster couriers to avoid disappointment Support is decently quick and they try to answer your questions as soon as possible. David Um from Melbourne is highly accountable and is very hospitable in terms of providing support. Only issue is that their "cutoff" time for some couriers for next day pick up happens earlier than midnight, meaning an order placed at 4pm wont be picked up the next day, but rather the day after. With the cheap shipping options, i can work around this. Been a great experience so far, been using this app for months and will continue to do so. 5/5

What a useful app to help us find the best solutions for shipping our orders. We can sort by the lowest rate or the fastest, and the interface is pretty easy to use. I just wish the site were better optimized for mobile!

It must be easy for customers to do business with you. Easyship has provided a fantastic integrated freight solution that makes transactions simple and fast. This has helped take our business to new markets and helped us grow significantly. Highly recommend Update** - costs to ship globally have gone through the roof, EasyShip still provide extremely competitive pricing, which allows us continued growth on a global scale.

We recently started using EasyShip and the transparency it provides to our customers. Our products also have a unique dimension and weight and EasyShip was able to give us better rates than what we were getting when working directly with the shipping carriers.

Before using Easyship we used three different app's for our domestic and foreign shipments. Now with Easyship it has streamlined our shipments into one app that has all shipped information on one page. I would recommend for any eCommerce vendor to control their shipments.

Easyship has allowed us to take control of our shipping with an easy to use interface. We can now offer shipping options to our customers based on cost and time and overall our delivery times have improved significantly. Customer service is also amazing. Tracking details are very detailed and easy to access and resend to customers when they experience issues with a courier or a delivery. Thank you Easyship!

This application is a must have, if you have plenty of shipment. It save the trouble of fulfillment, inserting tracking code and Notifying the customer! Dimensions of the product for packing could definitely be improve though. But with time this application will really benefit any company!

**Edit** It was a rocky start but Jess from Easyship called and immediately jumped to help us with anything we needed to get going. She was patient and knowledgable. We look forward to using the Easyship system! I spent an entire 9 hour day trying to set this app up. Never succeeded. No real support except for them to send you links for you to read their info which only gives you more questions. No thank you! I will return to Go Shippo

Easyship has initially been a big help. The pros: 1. pay as you go 2. tracking page with banners 3. Pretty good customer support Cons: We had a problem with a shipment to Malaysia using Fed Ex and they have tried to help clear that up but it has been very slow going and then recently for the past 5 days, we have not been able to use Fed Ex at all with Easyship. I like what they do offer but I am hoping the other problems we have had will clear up. Just be aware there may be a few problems.

I used easyship service to ship out my KickStarter parcels from Singapore to US. After about 3 months, I was billed for almost $300 due to discrepancies in the parcel sizes and weight. If you want to be fair to your customer, do a check during the collection of the parcels, not billing your customer AFTER 3 MONTHS of the shipment. What guarantee do you have that the parcels does not distort in your warehouse?

UPDATED REVIEW: HIDDEN FEES! BEWARE! The app has started charging shippers "residential fees" which are never disclosed beforehand. Easy ship obviously realized their mistake and started adding a "residential fee" option before checkout to make it easier, but then they discontinued this feature and I am being charged these hidden fees again! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Couriers may charge an additional residential area surcharge, depending on the destination address. The information regarding the residential surcharge is made available in your dashboard when selecting the courier To support shipments to or from residential locations, the couriers define a residential location as a collection or delivery to a home, including a business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open to the public. A surcharge applies to each package collected from or delivered to a residential location. Be warned: EasyShip looks nice and shiny but start digging under the hood and there are some things you need to be wary of. Pro's: Great for cash flow (pay as you go), Nice additions such as tracking page with banners, Integration with PayPal, Reasonably good support Con's: The Hong Kong warehouse partner they paired me with has been an unmitigated disaster. Lost orders, lost stock and ineffective coms, A number of selling features just weren't available and the support couldn't get them to work (No way to turn off taxes and charges for irrelevant countries, discounted shipping), Would not allow me to have a business address outside of Hong Kong in order to ship from HK (which is so freakin bizarre it's astonishing) The inability to sync products with Shopify (seriously you need to import a CSV file!), SKU's weights etc is similarly an insane omission. It betrays the lack of inventory management knowledge within the core team at EasyShip. This and the following omission places your fulfilment service at severe risk - you are warned, Barcodes of products are not featured or considered. Someone thought this was unimportant. It is. Pro's aside I have decided to stock out of the disastrous warehouse I was paired with, cut my losses and finish with EasyShip. EasyShip was pretty bummed for me so I can't blame them beyond a lack of due diligence in bringing this warehouse on-board. If you plan to ship from home or your own business perhaps consider it. Otherwise tread carefully...

I just changed my 1 star to 5 stars. Easyship went above and beyond to resolve our issues. Wonderful support. Beware of this Company. EasyShip was good until a few days ago when they charged us over $550 for some 6 months old shipping labels. EasyShips explanation was they were residential and some address correction charges. This is EasyShip's sneaky way to lure customer then charge more. Beware of this company. We will be closing our account. If you are going to charge something at least let your customer know what is it in advance.
