Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

The app is really easy to use and very useful in terms of being able to build analytics around all your shipping. Very seamless!

I lost a lot of sales because of this app. During the checkout process there were many instances when it wouldn't provide customers shipping rates or only provide expensive shipping options when there were definitely less expensive options/carriers. This caused so many abandoned carts and messed up my latest product launch sales. Though the shipping offers on the backend are at times lower than other platforms, I will not use the calculated shipping rates ever again. It's good to have as an option for manual shipping label fulfillment not for customer-facing calculated live rates at checkout.

This app is easy to use and has lots of different courier options to choose from. The best thing is that small businesses like ourselves do not need to commit to a minimum pick up each time. All shipping labels are auto generated for us too, which cuts down a lot of time and effort.

I ship items in many different size boxes and Easyship handles the shipping portion for my Shopify store excellently.

We were looking for an app to handle our international shipments and to offer our domestic customers additional shipping options besides USPS. This app is just what we wanted! The support staff is outstanding, they added some shipping options that we needed and we can now offer Fed Ex, UPS, DHL at competitive rates. It does take a little set the system up (you need to add dimensions of each of your products and sku numbers) but once you have done that you are set to ship. BEST PART! You can easily get an instant quote for any potential shipments , international or domestic!

The app is super easy to use and has really streamlined the shipping process for us. Best part is we can add insurance to our orders through the app, which is not currently available via shopify. Support is fast to respond, knowledgeable, and kind. The team also offers webinars to help with efficiencies and to share general eCommerce info / knowledge. Highly Recommend !

The dimensions and weight of my products vary a lot. Easyship makes things much easier. Setup and usage is really easy. The integration with Shopify is also great. This app deserves a 5 stars rating.

Easyship address the gap where new online merchants needing a robust fulfilment solution to sell worldwide without being tied down to a single courier

I'm writing this review based on one unique feature of EasyShip. I ship large but light product boxes. If a customer orders two, they need to ship separately or my shipping costs extend into balloon pricing. All of the other shipping apps seem to think that my light items fit into a single box, and charge accordingly. I could get stuck with big losses on my shipping costs. Easyship is the only app that allows me to enter the dimensions of my boxes. I'm still figuring it all out, but at least I'm not getting stuck with shipping overages.

We at DirectToolSource have experienced an overwhelming amount of Growth since installing the EasyShip App to our Shopify Store. In the Month of January we saw a 409.82% Growth over 2017 Sales and a 32% in Shipping related profits due to the Decrease in Shipping Costs. Stop already with this nonsense. You overcharged. You want to blame me. You keep doing it even a year later. Stop with the madness. I'm not interested in doing business with you. I have no interest in hearing more from you. Just stop. No there was no confusion as EasyShip states in the reply from over a year ago. I've been shipping for years - I didn't input "mistake" dimensions. It's not difficult. Funny enough, I use Pirate Ship and haven't had any issues or mistakes. PirateShip is proactive, easy to use, great rates, no issues. The way shipping should be. Just did a cost estimate shipping a box weighing 4 lbs from Mpls, MN to Madison WI. I have been paying about $6.55 for the last 12 months. The cost estimate I got from Easyship was $26.29. Looks like I'd be out of business quickly using this app. So sick of apps advertising "the best pricing" when in fact the pricing is awful. Sellers are not idiots.
