It was a nightmare. We tried to replace an existing app with this one for our Quickbooks sync, however, this app reorganized our inventory by adding a duplicate SKU of each product and then went back three months and created new invoices for every sale receipt we had done! This caused our inventory to be way off as the new invoices created took another item from inventory. We are still trying to correct this mess on our second day of making corrections. The support chat was unanswered, so I am guessing they are on the east coast and have limited hours.

I love the syncing - both ways of products and customers. I feel confident that Inventory Quantities are being updated as well. The only issue I have is that we cannot exclude Service items- all become Inventory without a choice there

Shoeb Khan has been a very big help today with our company. It is obvious that Webgility is committed to helping it's customers and trying to make them as successful as possible. I have been using Webgility for 5 years to sync Amazon, Etsy and Shopify with Quickbooks Online. Once set up it pretty much runs itself and enables me to view and analyze key data in QB effortlessly. The implementation team were really helpful with both the initial set up and any subsequent queries. I wish all software was as reliable and useful as Webgility. Highly recommend.

I used the app and it has been amazing. Customer service has been great as well NEHAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUES. I highly recommend WEBGILITY to integrate our orders to QB.

Hands down the best app to connect Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. Webgility support is very responsive and can usually handle any issue within a matter of minutes. A great company and a great app overall.

Finally! I have visibility of our web businesses feeding into Quickbooks without the ridiculous amount of work it took to splice and dice them all together manually and have to make adjustments on top of it all because of 3rd party apps that I no longer need. The set up is a bit lengthy but so worth every minute spent. The interface is extremely user friendly and just so happy with being able to see everything and have reporting to accounting be more seamless through quickbooks. This tool is a time saving magician and a life saver. Highly recommend!

Ashish really took the time to help get our complex setup working properly. And it was a LOT of time. He exhibited a lot of patience and a willingness to help resolve difficult problems. I use this for our Shopify store to upload into QuickBooks Desktop and it has saved me hours of manual work. This is a great product for managing all of your accounting, shipping, and inventory duties. The support you get from the onboarding team and issues submitted to customer support is great. They always follow up to make sure it is resolved. My current account manager is Shoeb and he will follow up just to check in on how things are going. Would highly recommend this product to streamline your online business.
