TERRIBLE..busiest day of the week (Saturday) and the app glitches..passed out flyers to book my tours for 5 hours in the 95 degree heat, only to find out from a customer 5 hours later that they werent able to do any bookings.. I was wondering why all day long that i was getting website traffic and no bookings..only to find out the app was all messed up and no customer service available for the app on weekends.. cant wait to uninstall this one..ugh lost alot of money today

This app is wonderful for our semi-annual pop-up events we host. The ticket products are easy to set up and when set up correctly, they collect the all the information we need for our events. The check-in process is easy and customers like the ease in pulling up their tickets when attending the event. The only complaint I have is that I have to disable the Shop Pay feature and the Apple/Google Pay/PayPal options for my WHOLE ONLINE & IN PERSON store while I am selling tickets for my events because this app does not support dynamic check out systems. When these are not turned off, tickets can be sold but no customer information is collected. We unfortunately figured this out after we had sold over 180 tickets to our 300 ticket event, so we missed gathering customer data on all of these tickets. In addition, disabling these features for the rest of the business for the 5-6 weeks leading up to our events also has a negative effect on our business flow. This would be my only complaint for this app. Lastly, to end positive, the help feature and customer support is always wonderful and we have resolved any issues quickly if and when they do arise. A little more app development on the dynamic checkout side would allow me to give this a 5 star!

Llevamos varios años usando la app. Nos es muy funcional para eventos presenciales. Para actividades en linea me parece muy caro y dejé de usarlo dado que la mayoría de actividades son gratis. En eventos grandes si es sumamente funcional ya que varias personas pueden escanear al mismo tiempo, la app es muy facil de usar y casi no comete errores. La función de envio a mensajes a inscritos es estupenda por que tiene más rating de apertura que los mailings.

Really bad experience! The tickets are not sending to customers! And Evey has no human support over the weekend, where most events are happening! The custom email service provider feature is not working and if you try to set it up, you then cannot reverse it to the default which results in notifications not going out, which means none of your customers will receive their tickets. We need a human to reset our Email Service Provider to the app default, and we cannot wait for Monday to talk to a Human!
That sounds incredibly stressful, especially with events happening over the weekend and customers waiting on their tickets. What you described around the email provider setup and notifications not going out is definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. I’ve reached out to you directly through your support ticket so we can jump in and help get your Email Service Provider reset and everything flowing again as quickly as possible.
