As a dance instructor, this app has made scheduling classes easy. Ticketing for my dance workshops is seamless, too, since you can use an Android or iPhone, while most apps require Apple devices. My theme recently did an update that was causing issues with the app. Ron was quick to respond to all of the questions and concerns I had.

Evey has been the ideal solution for selling tickets for our professional Sports Team! It integrates perfectly into our existing Shopify team store, and fans have been able to navigate tickets with zero issues. This low cost and low friction digital ticketing solution has been a massive win for us over the past few seasons.

10/10 would recommend for the customer service alone! I emailed Evey Support and Ron got back to me extremely quickly with a detailed walk-through video tailored specifically to my question. Thanks again, Ron!

This app had so many glitches once we went live. Customers can buy more tickets than inventory allows. No one to help during customer service hours. Very disappointed in this app and service. Had to update my 5 star review because we had SO MANY issues.

We love this app and came over from EventBrite an use it for multiple events throughout the year for the last 3+ years. Customer service is always top notch - specially Myam & Mary who we've worked with on multiple tech areas whenever we needed extra support. Fully customizable and integratable with well thought of features, we recommend this app to anyone lookings to have an easy stress-free event!

I had a small issue with Evey and i worked with Rolando to help fix it. He was very quick to answer me and work through the issue. He got the work done quickly, did it right the first time, and was courteous the whole way through. Feel comfortable knowing that if anything pops up, they will help you get it right.

Couple of things. 1. RON IS AMAZING! and the whole staff is extremely helpful when needed. 2. This is a growing product. Remeber that. Problems could happen but they will work diligently to fix it. If you're looking for a turn key solution, EVEY TICKETS is a great option!

It's worked very well for selling tickets to scheduled classes I offer. And if I've had issues, customer response was SUPER quick. I needed a calendar view for my website, and the ability for customers to pick pre-scheduled dates/times. This does it all and it looks nice too. There are a lot of little details you don't realize you need until you start putting this together, so give yourself plenty of time to set things up and test, test, test. Once I got everything initially set-up, its been easy to to add classes to my schedule.

We use this app for tickets to our weekend shows. Every time I've needed anything form the Evey team they've been amazing and SO helpful. I'm pretty limited on tech stuff, they are always there to walk me through step by step, show me articles and have even gone as far to add options to my events if it wasn't already available. Love having their help and support!

Update: The team who now run Evey reached out and scheduled a call with me. The genuinely wanted to understand the challenges and want to make it right. Seems like a great team behind the scenes and look forward to the issues below being cleaned up and future enhancements. Original: This app is plagued with errors. My most recent event I used the recurring event feature and had it oversell by 20% of the limit I set. I was really hopeful with their reserved. Here are the issues I have had over the past couple weeks: - Orders not fullfilling - Overselling - which they have a number of reasons for this but cannot get it fixed - People purchasing a ticket in a recurring event and it does not force them to choose a time so they gave us money but cannot get a ticket as no time was selected. Had to refund these tickets as they purchased the day of and we couldn't confirm in time. - Check-in app doesn't allow us to select a time in a recurring event to just check people in for that. We were suggested to check an option that only allows people to check in "during the event time" however then half of the tickets wouldn't check in and we would get error messages so we had to disable that. - Inaccurate reporting - one section says we sold x tickets, another sections says a completely different number. I know the customer service team is trying to help and I really hate to write a review like this but I have wasted at least 10-15 hours in the last week alone going back and forth with their customer support trying to get things working properly. And I look like a fool to our customers and our event partners because I cannot give accurate reporting and all the issues we are having.

Also, we like him a lot as a person and want him to be our friend. :)

Wir nutzen die App um unsere Events auf der Website zu verkaufen. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach und umfangreich. Die App funktioniert tadellos und vor allem ohne dass man selber die Theme-Templates anpassen muss. Der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

We have been using it for a few years now and it is extremely flexible and customizable. One of the best products for ticketing we came across. When using third party payment processing, more tickets can be sold than what was made available. It also has no API for integration.
