I used this app for three concerts of our festival, we saved money by not hiring a ticketing service. Evey's system and interface are very intuitive and user-friendly. And additionally, they have great customer service (fast and helpful). I totally recommend them.

A very good app for ticketing, with an awsome customer service ! Jason answers always very quickly with always a solution, and customizations when it's useful. I have never seen such a good support, very useful for small companies. I recommand Evey !

Very easy to use, serves all of our needs, and whenever we need a bug fix or customization, their Customer Service / Support team is incredibly speedy. Highly recommend. We've been using them for years now for all of our events and wouldn't go anywhere else

Evey has been the perfect product for us to reach our goals. We sell State Park passes and the QR code system in conjunction with the Evey App has been perfect for a State Park check-in system. They have been extremely helpful getting us off the ground and running and always answer our calls.

De app werkt voor ons perfect! Het fijne is dat de complete ticketing goed te integreren is in onze webshop. Ook de hulp van het team van Evey is perfect. Men reageert snel op vragen en past zo nodig de app aan om nog meer verbeteringen toe te voegen.

We use this app to manage manual event check-ins and send out additional virtual event registration information. As a small non-profit we look for simplicity with the external tools we use. We have been using Evey as our go-to event management app for over 3 years for events that are small and 1000 people plus. The Evey customer support is fantastic in helping resolve setup and configuration issues. Their team is always incredibly responsive and are eager to help troubleshoot and assist when needed. We hope to continue to use Evey for years to come.

Really enjoying the full integration of sales thru Shopify which streamlines the event-browsing and ticket-buying experience for my customers. Also, having the tickets directly thru Shopify, keeps the customer on my website instead of sending them to a 3rd party ticket site. Excellent support staff has answered my questions and fixed things for me in a jiffy. Thank you!

I installed the Evey app a week ago, after playing for a while I realized it was almost perfect for our ticket-selling business, so I deleted all the others that I was testing. As far as I have been able to test and compared to the other ticketing apps, Evey is, by far, the best. And his support, second to none (Jason has been helping us set up the app, including some custom features without charging, he is amazing). I am so pleased with this app, keep up the good work ;)

I've used this app since 2015 for a big event with lots of attendees, and it has impressive functionality, because we are able to edit the code on our shopify to limit quantity limits per customer etc, and other things that other ticket websites dont offer. its a bit unreliable though - the developers weren't updating it for a while and it was difficult to reach them back in 2016, and then it worked really well for a few years - and for the last 2 years something breaks and its a little slow to get support. but for now it seems ok and its the best i can use so im sticking with it!

I have had this app for a year and our site is selling tickets online. The app has suited our purpose with delivering tickets and reporting. The only problem is when you need support from evey event it takes weeks until they respond. When your selling tickets you need a quick response. When I first purchased the app they were very quick to respond. It would be nice if there were other apps like this on Shopify so there was a bit of competition.

Good, but missing features that would make it great. Evey has definitely reached a minimum viable product, but sluggish support with a lot of "No, we will take the into consideration..." makes me wish they weren't the only company doing this on Shopify. Maybe some competition would allow this to be a truly dynamic Events plugin. Importing CSV functionality is pretty bare bones. Would be nice if you could download a template spreadsheet fill in the columns (including custom fields) and import. The supplied custom field functionality for the cart page was a nice addition, but doesn't go far enough by also including this custom field functionality to the manual attendee option. If you take registrations offline and need to collect more attendee information than Name/Email/Variation Type, you are at a loss for a solution. Also the check-in portion of the app seems to serve little or no additional purpose other than gauging attendance. You cannot add info to the guest at checkin, which would be a huge addition here, although I understand that might be an edge case scenario. With a lot of manual work this plugin will temporarily work for our Race Event Services, but with over 5 events going at any given time $100/month seems like a fairly steep price to pay for a product that doesn't fully streamline my attendee processing.

I managed two stores. the first few events we ran worked fine. The setup was painless. However, one event keeps every day drops the number of tickets available, to match the number that have been sold. So the store shows it sold out. Problems come up with every app -- however the response from the developers has been abismal. To my initial cry for help I got a single response and they fixed the problem for the wrong event (which didn't have the problem at all) and then, I accidentally discovered -- in the wrong store. by accident I discovered I have two events that i did not create in the wrong store that I can't delete. Wierd things can happen with all sorts of apps. Responsive service is what makes the difference. After my events are done, i'll be looking for alternatives to Evey.
