My evey app on phone is not showing correct times as per my timezone.

mir fehlt ein Kalenderüberblick. wo ich die Auslastung aller Events in der Woche und im Monat sehen kann. Also Monat / Tage, Eventname, Rot = Ausverkaufft, Grün = Anzahl verfügbare Tickets / verkaufte Tickets.

We use evfey for the nartional park ticketing system, it has been really easy and usefull for maintening order and structure for our operation, the related tickets is a very easy way to receive big groups.

Works well! I have hosted 50 + events using this platform with little to no issues. The only main issue i have occassionally is that the app needs time to sync with shopify so sometimes an event appears as sold out until it is finished syncing. Other than that Evey has made my company a lot of money through hosting meaningful events! 9/10 would reccommend

Very easy to set up and use

We have been using this ticketing system for several years. To clarify, this is not a false claim — we are providing our website for verification. Our site, Jnbglobal.net, is integrated with Shopify and actively used for ticket sales. However, this issue does not occur occasionally — it happens every single time when a large volume of orders comes in on ticket opening day. When mass orders occur, tickets are often not properly delivered to customers, and bulk ticket dispatch does not function as expected. As a result, we receive an overwhelming number of complaint emails, to the point where normal operations become paralyzed. If this system error is not improved, it will inevitably lead to a loss of trust in the ticketing platform. While we can understand this happening once or twice, this situation repeats every time, causing significant operational difficulty. Additionally, when customers purchase multiple tickets and transfer one to a friend, the queue or ticket number changes, which generates further complaints. This also requires immediate improvement. Transferred tickets should retain their original numbers. Please modify the system so that original ticket numbers remain unchanged after transfer. We strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent further disruption and damage to platform credibility.
