This app has been a game-changer so far for our company! Prior to this, we were using Excel sheets to monitor and check in our guests with different ticket types. This caused so much confusion, frustration, and was extremely time-consuming. With Evey, all that hassle is eliminated. It's easy to create and merge existing events, upload event attendees, and customize their tickets. The Evey team is extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner to questions. I'm looking forward to trying out the check-in process at our upcoming event, but I am anticipating this will go smoothly!
Not that we hate excel (in fact, we love it), but... one of our favorite things to hear is that we've helped merchants manage events without over-reliance on spreadsheets. They are hard to manage, scale and update. Especially in the middle of event registration! We are so happy to have helped you, and make sure your events showed up as separate thumbnails. The product does what I needed for tickets to our museum and will be helpful for all of the events that will be going on at the museum. The team was very helpful in helping to make sure that the theme I had worked with their app.

Very happy with the tech team sorting out my issue (Zac) took a little longer than expected but glad it's done! My only issue was the slow response from Customer services (emails only) and having to chase them for updates regularly. Otherwise, it's good.

As a dance instructor, this app has made scheduling classes easy. Ticketing for my dance workshops is seamless, too, since you can use an Android or iPhone, while most apps require Apple devices. My theme recently did an update that was causing issues with the app. Ron was quick to respond to all of the questions and concerns I had.

Evey has been the ideal solution for selling tickets for our professional Sports Team! It integrates perfectly into our existing Shopify team store, and fans have been able to navigate tickets with zero issues. If you are looking for a way to sell tickets on your Shopify Store, look no further. You can customise absolutely everything including tickets, and Apple Wallet 'passes'. In addition to this, the support is just incredible. They will even go as far as fixing complex problems themselves, or send fully personalised videos that talk you through rectifying the issue. The whole thing from start to finish has just been an incredible experience. Huge shout out to Ron for all his help getting everything up and running.

RON, RON, RON! What would be do without you. RON is the guy you want with you through the thick and thin. In all honesty, he has had our back throughout all of the instalation process. If I could give more grades it would be 100/100, 20/20, A+ and of course 5/5. The app itself if very easy to use, it has all the tools we need to make a sucesful event. I am very happy with it and would recomended it in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone involved in the process of making this app, and thanks Ron again for the outstanding support. Cheers!

This app had so many glitches once we went live. Customers can buy more tickets than inventory allows. No one to help during customer service hours. Very disappointed in this app and service. Had to update my 5 star review because we had SO MANY issues.

Having Evey to gather information for our upcoming event is crucial in reducing customer wait times the day of the event. Having this app has also allowed us to pull off a larger event with less staff than prior to having Evey. Highly recommend!

This app is exactly what i needed to sell tickets to my event. I had it up and running in 10 minutes and sold 10 tickets as soon as i launched it. The experience is great for the attendees as well with Apple Wallet. Fantastic add on to Shopify and a must have for anyone having an event.

I had a small issue with Evey and i worked with Rolando to help fix it. He was very quick to answer me and work through the issue. He got the work done quickly, did it right the first time, and was courteous the whole way through. Feel comfortable knowing that if anything pops up, they will help you get it right.

Couple of things. 1. RON IS AMAZING! and the whole staff is extremely helpful when needed. 2. This is a growing product. Remeber that. Problems could happen but they will work diligently to fix it. If you're looking for a turn key solution, EVEY TICKETS is a great option!
