It's worked very well for selling tickets to scheduled classes I offer. And if I've had issues, customer response was SUPER quick. I needed a calendar view for my website, and the ability for customers to pick pre-scheduled dates/times. This does it all and it looks nice too. There are a lot of little details you don't realize you need until you start putting this together, so give yourself plenty of time to set things up and test, test, test. Once I got everything initially set-up, its been easy to to add classes to my schedule.

Terrible experience. The app is good, but if you have questions; your event will happen first before you get an answer from them, it is so frustrating. I ended up deleting this app. And also technical issues happended, like people trying to purchase tickets from their devices and only worked on the laptop, no way! Or maybe was just me with these situations, I hope it works for others. Good luck!

Thanks for your time (and openness) today on our call. It was really helpful to talk through your challenges and I'm glad I was able to help you with a few items (even outside our app). Now that we've spoken (about conflicts with some other apps you have, and potentially your theme), it seems we've ended in a good place, and will hopefully get to work with you again in Jan for your events top ensure set up of events works exactly as you expect.

We use this app for tickets to our weekend shows. Every time I've needed anything form the Evey team they've been amazing and SO helpful. I'm pretty limited on tech stuff, they are always there to walk me through step by step, show me articles and have even gone as far to add options to my events if it wasn't already available. Love having their help and support!

Update: The team who now run Evey reached out and scheduled a call with me. The genuinely wanted to understand the challenges and want to make it right. Seems like a great team behind the scenes and look forward to the issues below being cleaned up and future enhancements. Original: This app is plagued with errors. My most recent event I used the recurring event feature and had it oversell by 20% of the limit I set. I was really hopeful with their reserved. Here are the issues I have had over the past couple weeks: - Orders not fullfilling - Overselling - which they have a number of reasons for this but cannot get it fixed - People purchasing a ticket in a recurring event and it does not force them to choose a time so they gave us money but cannot get a ticket as no time was selected. Had to refund these tickets as they purchased the day of and we couldn't confirm in time. - Check-in app doesn't allow us to select a time in a recurring event to just check people in for that. We were suggested to check an option that only allows people to check in "during the event time" however then half of the tickets wouldn't check in and we would get error messages so we had to disable that. - Inaccurate reporting - one section says we sold x tickets, another sections says a completely different number. I know the customer service team is trying to help and I really hate to write a review like this but I have wasted at least 10-15 hours in the last week alone going back and forth with their customer support trying to get things working properly. And I look like a fool to our customers and our event partners because I cannot give accurate reporting and all the issues we are having.

We used Evey to sell tickets for our 2000+ attendee event in Dec 2021. It worked very well, our front-of-house staff commented on how well the app worked at check in. As organizers we appreciated the event dashboard, managing attendees, seeing sales, and creating tickets was reasonably easy if you have a basic understanding of Shopify. We needed Evey to adjust our theme so we could work out timed-entry ticket variants and email support was super responsive and very effective. They are based in north america which is a huge plus. We will use this app again. Thanks Evey!

We have been using Evey since 2017 to manage our events. Before that we were printing out our Shopify order list and managing Will Call tickets with a clip board as well as wasting tons of time dealing with all the ticket transfer requests. The Evey QR codes scanner and ticket transfer features are fantastic.

Fantastic app - highly recommended. I've been really pleased to find and work with Evey, and support has been second to none. My client has a series of events (45 events/sessions over a month of dates, with different ticket types and times) Evey has been able to accommodate this, and without commission charges has delivered better value and flexibility than previous solutions. The team at Evey have been fantastic, on hand to help with any requests or queries so have to commend the team. Whilst the events haven't yet taken place, I've evaluated the 'check-in' app, and have no doubt it will be perfect. Especially since tickets bought at the same time are linked, so hopefully check-in will be seamless. Thanks for your help guys. Great App, A+++
