just awsome this is very good app i really like expectiing more feature in future line instagram plugin and product catalogue in messenger chat

Although many of my customers usually contact us via email, I still recommend the app to the merchants who need to communicate with your customers in real-time. I like the feature of sending the order information to messenger, it creates a better connection between buyer and seller.

App works great - Really like the features - Still working on connecting to Mobile.. But the virtual assistant, Malak was very helpful and got me connected to support and collaborators.. Understand that every theme is different and may require some tweaks get working correctly however I am confident this is a great app once you get it running..

Great app, great customer support. I prefer talking one-on-one with my customers so I was interested in switching from a chat bot to a live chat. I tried out this app because it uses Facebook Messenger which almost everyone (including myself) in my target market uses. It seamlessly links with Messenger and Shopify Inbox and makes chatting and following up with customers super easy. The support team offers a variety of contact options and is extremely responsive.

Best support! They reply quick and help you with all kind of cases. Highly recommend it. Just the Facebook FAQ sync is not 100% working, but this seems to be an issue on the Facebook side (not related to the app) :)
