I recently had a great experience with the chat support team for a company I was using. The support agent was very friendly and helpful and was able to quickly resolve my issue. 使用当中碰到，因FB更新导致前端图标消失。Omega定位问题比较快，在线客服很nice，问题跟进很及时。希望下次碰到类似的因为改版导致调用接口的问题，IT能及时排查跟进，并通知商家好提前做应急处理。:)

I've just installed Omega messenger chat to our site, and it's been fabulous! The support team, in particular Lynn, were so wonderful to work with - they responded immediately and were so helpful and their support/Dev team went into my store and fixed the issues straight away, and even did it in time for the weekend! Loving the app and now let's hope customers start chatting with us on there! Thanks guys!

I use Facebook to communicate with lots of customers so it was a no brainer to get this app since it would integrate with my business needs perfectly. While setting up the app I ran into some problems and Carlos helped me out, turned out I did everything right and there was just a simple upgrade they needed to do.
