This app did not work properly for me. when installed my product pictures were not visible, reinstalled twice but would not work properly with Electron theme. customer Support was no help at all. Their best troubleshooting method was to reinstall the app.....wow.

We have had the app installed for a few weeks and it works well and was easy to add to our store. We had some issues with Facebook's guest mode policy and messages expiring after 1 day, so switched to having the 'leave message' live to avoid any missed messages. We had some problems setting this up with our email, but the app support team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their support team and developers kept in touch and resolved our issue promptly. Thank you!

We have used this App 1 month. We need online chat tools to improve the customer service experience. This App has many useful features and is very easy to set up. We also encountered problems during the use process, and their team was able to quickly help us solve them.

I recently had a great experience with the chat support team for a company I was using. The support agent was very friendly and helpful and was able to quickly resolve my issue. They were patient and took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and support provided by the chat team. I would definitely recommend using this method of support for any issues or questions you may have.

使用当中碰到，因FB更新导致前端图标消失。Omega定位问题比较快，在线客服很nice，问题跟进很及时。希望下次碰到类似的因为改版导致调用接口的问题，IT能及时排查跟进，并通知商家好提前做应急处理。:)
