Simple and practical, the customer service response is immediate and patient. Offline messages on fb and ins are not available for the time being, and we look forward to making progress on this point. This would give it a higher rating.

This app did not work properly for me. when installed my product pictures were not visible, reinstalled twice but would not work properly with Electron theme. customer Support was no help at all. Their best troubleshooting method was to reinstall the app.....wow.

We have had the app installed for a few weeks and it works well and was easy to add to our store. We had some issues with Facebook's guest mode policy and messages expiring after 1 day, so switched to having the 'leave message' live to avoid any missed messages. We had some problems setting this up with our email, but the app support team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their support team and developers kept in touch and resolved our issue promptly. Thank you!

I recently had a great experience with the chat support team for a company I was using. The support agent was very friendly and helpful and was able to quickly resolve my issue. They were patient and took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and support provided by the chat team.
