使用当中碰到，因FB更新导致前端图标消失。Omega定位问题比较快，在线客服很nice，问题跟进很及时。希望下次碰到类似的因为改版导致调用接口的问题，IT能及时排查跟进，并通知商家好提前做应急处理。:)

Always responsive, available and even jumped onto a Google Meet to look through my website and look through how the app looked and functioned. Great team that care a lot about their product.

I've just installed Omega messenger chat to our site, and it's been fabulous! The support team, in particular Lynn, were so wonderful to work with - they responded immediately and were so helpful and their support/Dev team went into my store and fixed the issues straight away, and even did it in time for the weekend! Loving the app and now let's hope customers start chatting with us on there! Thanks guys!

Carlos was very polite and understood my problem right away. Basically the widget was not showing on my website and he immediately fixed. Great customer service and look forward for my customers to start contacting us through this chat app.

The help center is amazing! They try several solutions to solve my problem and it was super fast. The app is also great it works perfectly and almost all the chats that we have is converted to sells.
