I contacted customer support and asked for a cancellation of my subscription as I migrated to Shopify from Wix and they never cancelled it! I realized I was being charged for months and they won't refund me. Even though I was using Fera on shopify too. I will definitely be finding another app. The good reviews are incentivized by Fera for free 1-year subscription! So take them with a grain of salt.

When we ran into trouble Roel stepped right in and helped us troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly. All this on a major holiday! So grateful for the quick and knowledgable help and support! Made our day

Been a pleasant switch from Yotpo, they even provide a video on how to import your reviews from Yotpo

I started using it today and it is so intuitive. I was able to integrate reviews from Etsy and Google with out any issues. It was also easy to edit and arrange the reviews on my website.

I had an issue with a widget that kept freezing. I contacted Roel from customer support, and it was fixed in no time. Really happy with the quick assistance!

Love it, easy setup and installation! Tech support was really helpful and reply in minutes. Excellent features: you can request for reviews, import reviews, link them to the products etc., lots of customisations too.

Excellent translation capabilities for non-English stores. Customer support is fast & very helpful. On the free plan, the number of automatic review requests is low at 10. Other than that, an excellent app.
