I changed my review from 5 stars to 3. Why is it so difficult to send emails in different languages? In the end I found out how, different campaigns with different triggers, but then the systems keeps on sending the client to my home page in another language. Does anyone have a good expierence with a review plugin that is multilingual?

Great product! I was looking for a product that could aggregate reviews from different sources and this does exactly that. The team is super helpful too; assisting with technical queries even on the weekend and odd hours. Great tool and team all round, cannot fault

The best reviews app I have found at this moment. It takes a bit of time to connect it to Google, but then it is a quite straight forward process to upload reviews from Google to your website.

I would highly recommend Fera Product Reviews. It works really well with customers and the recent updates to the API allows for some nice customisation with our brand and store theme. The customer service from the team at Fera has been excellent and we really appreciate their quick responses to support queries.

Ive had a great experience with Fera so far! Ive been using there automated email system to get more reviews and photos on my site. Its been really easy to use and it works well!

Five star reviews, if there was a six star or even higher I wouldn't hesitate to go higher! Reason: 1, in the number of reviews more than 2K +, 4.9 points above the Reviews App, the free version of the version is rare to import reviews without a limit on the number of; 2, multi-platform unlimited import reviews; 3, widget settings are very flexible, in the product does not have reviews when the product reviews are displayed, you can also not show completely! reviews plug-ins, flexible settings evaluation sorting method; 4, the most important thing is that I encountered some setup problems to send an e-mail to ask Feral, a few minutes to give me the perfect answer, this point is very, very good! This is a very, very good point! So we highly recommend that you install this APP!

Very easy to set up, able to import past reviews from ETSY or other platforms. Tech support was able to help me make a bit of customization to the look of the app as well.

Best reviews app ever. I believe it helped improve my store ranking on google. It also helped increase my visibility online 100%. As soon as I started receiving reviews from customers, my online sessions skyrocketed, sales grew in large numbers and everything looked up. They make it all easy and streamlined for you and the app automatically sends the reviews to customers. You could even add a discount automatically to the reviews. I can go on and on. Best by miles. I tried others for a while, had to uninstall them. I'm with Fera for life.

Love the backend interface and how it turns out on our e-commerce store. Fera is easy to use and has powerful functions available for customizations, etc. The support team is efficient and helpful is resolving our requests too!

Fera is easy to use and great value for what you pay. The team is super helpful and I got set up in no time after importing my existing reviews from my old app. Integrated with Joy successfully. Hopefully we can get better response compared to the previous app we were using.
