Fera's service is truly excellent. The platform itself is very easy to use, which is a major reason why I chose Fera over other review apps. For anyone just starting out and looking for a straightforward solution that includes all the essential customer engagement features and more. I highly recommend Fera. I didn't like it. It was too difficult to use and embed into my Shopify website. Not great for digital products.

I've tried a lot of review apps. This one is the best for sure. it just works perfectly and the syncing with other review platforms is amazing. I had a slight tweak and Vasko implemented this within minutes. Definitely reccomend.
