The customer service at Fera via the chat feature is consistently prompt, pleasant, and super helpful. I also like that they have a few of the same customer service agents who regularly respond to messages. I've been impressed with the knowledge and resourcefulness.

A highly recommended software that allows you to effortlessly access reviews on any webpage and choose from various sources for retrieval. It's the most comprehensive tool I've come across so far, and I highly recommend it.

Very userfriendly and good pricing. Unfortunately some standard modifications are not possible with some themes. However in this case the support team makes custom modifications on request, which works fine. Overall quite happy with the tool.

Really like this app. Easy to use, great interface, one of the best reviews apps Its cool that it also shows the reviews in Google Shopping ads and google organic search. Ideal for small stores
